All of our training is conducted with just you and an instructor, one on one. You can also choose to train with friend* as well, if you'd prefer.
From your first lesson through guided rides we pay special attention to you as a unique rider, to be sure you learn what is needed and have a positive experience.
In this way, you are able to: ask questions; try things multiple times until you are comfortable with them; focus on certain skills you specifically need guidance in; and be carefully supervised during your lesson.
For brand new riders we cover the location, use, and operation of controls; clutch work; stopping and starting; and shifting.
For advanced beginners we focus on various slow speed control exercises, turning, leaning, and smooth clutch work.
If you do not have a bike or would prefer to use ours for training we have street-legal Honda CBR 250s or 500s, Grom 125s or Kawasaki Z125s for you to use. No matter your size or height we will choose a bike that fits you. You may also borrow our full-face helmets and gloves or bring your own.
Specifics:
- A training session is 2 hours
- Cost is $250 (if at our location)
- You can train at our location or choose your own (travel fees apply.)**
- You can use your own bike and gear or try ours. A great way to check out bikes if you do not own one yet.
*Please contact us for details.
**An additional fee of $100/hr for instructor/equipment travel to and from Sacramento will be added, based on your location (flat fee).
